Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By installing or paying for Loupe, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, uninstall the extension and request a refund within the windows below.

2. License grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to use Loupe on machines belonging to you personally. Your license is bound to the email and license key you receive at checkout. You may activate the license on a reasonable number of personal devices (typically up to 5).

3. Refund policy

• Annual plan: 14 days from purchase, no questions asked.
• Lifetime plan: 30 days from purchase, no questions asked.

Email hello@devoptic.app from the address on the original purchase to request a refund.

4. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Loupe.
• Reverse-engineer for the purpose of cloning, except as required by your local law.
• Use the extension to scrape data for commercial resale or to violate the Terms of Service of the sites you inspect.
• Share your license key publicly.

5. Warranty & liability

Loupe is provided "as is" with no warranty of fitness for any particular purpose. Our maximum liability to you is the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct where the law prohibits such limitation.

6. Changes to terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced on the changelog page. Continued use of the extension after a change constitutes acceptance.
